At BRODi, we are committed to nothing short of excellence regarding the support we provide to all our customers before, during and after your sale. You can contact us in many ways: On-line, by phone, via fax, or in person at the BRODi Showroom in Young Harris, GA.  No matter which method you choose, you will find our BRODi Customer Service Support Staff to be concerned, knowledgeable and helpful.  Remember, we are not satisfied until you are.  Carefully read the information below regarding the proper handling of your new apparel.  Following these guidelines will make your experience with Customer Service easier and more pleasant and will help expedite any transactions.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new apparel, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to BRODi with two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the apparel.

Keep your Invoice with your important records.

Read all instructions on labels regarding care and washing of apparel.

BRODi  is not responsible for consequential or incidental damage resulting from allergens or reactions from apparel fabric.  Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

Return / Exchange Policy

Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item, excluding any shipping charge, within a period of fourteen (14) days.  If defective, it can be exchanged for the same item only.

Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST call Customer Service (706-379-2092) for pre-approval and obtain an RMA number.  Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. BRODi cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER

If any of the above conditions are not met, BRODi reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee for not less then 15%.

 

Warranties

BRODi carefully selects its apparel manufacturers and stands behind its manufacturers 100% as being some of the best in the world.  Though defects in fabric are rare, they do occur, and we take pride in not passing those defects on to you.  If you do receive an apparel item that is defective in the fabric, BRODi will replace it free of charge.
